What is WTN Market?
WeTheNorth Market, a Canadian darknet market on Tor, launched in 2021 after The Canadian HeadQuarters shut down in July of that year. It runs on BTC and XMR, displays listings and balances in CAD, and holds payment in escrow until the buyer confirms. The market page has the longer version.
Why do all three addresses start with hn2paw7z?
Because they’re vanity addresses: the first 8 characters are chosen, the rest of the string follows from the key. Each full address is 56 characters from the alphabet a-z2-7, and the final 14 read as a built-in checksum. Same prefix on all three, different tails. The prefix matching is why a lookalike can paste so cleanly into your results.
Do the addresses change over time?
When a hidden service redeploys, the whole string can change. We republish the three strings we hold, in full, without edits. Nobody can promise you which of them answers today. Your address bar is the only status page we ship.
Is WTN the same thing as CanadianHQ?
No. The Canadian HeadQuarters was a separate market that shut down in July 2021; WTN appeared later that year into the space it left. Successor in users, not in code. Different site, different addresses, different everything else.
What does the market sell?
Two halves. Physical consumer goods on one side, and a large digital half on the other: gift cards, game keys, software keys, accounts, documents, services. Vendors carry ratings, and disputes have a flow.
Does it ship outside Canada?
It depends on the vendor, and we don’t track those rules per listing. The market is Canada-focused and prices in CAD, but shipping choices sit with each seller and show up on each listing. Look at the item page you’re actually on.
Bitcoin or Monero?
Both. Balances and listings display in CAD while payment settles in BTC or XMR, your pick at checkout. Monero circulates heavily here. Which one you use is a privacy conversation you have with yourself.
Is it legal to use it from Canada?

No. We’re a poster on a wall. Your traffic goes to Tor; it never passes through us. We serve text and three onion strings, and we couldn’t intercept you if we wanted to.
